Lovely, well located hotel
Fresh looking, comfortable hotel very well located and easy to get to. The staff on reception were very welcoming and efficient and the rooms well equipped, spotlessly clean and well presented. My room had complimentary water and at kettle for tea and coffee. Parking is below and has an extra charge but you can come and go many times for one fixed fee.

gym closes too early
the hotel is compfortable but I was very disappointed to learn the fitness facilities are close daily at 1:00pm. I booked this hotel specifically for gym access and was not able to use it. As well, the showers have no curtain or door and even with the shower head angled to face into the shower wall, water splashes out filling the bathroom floor with water and there is no drain in that area. very unfortunate design and resulted in a bathroom always full of water. front desk staff were friendly and cleaning staff very efficient. rooms were quite nice too.

Clean, wonderful staff, and near station
Easy to get from train station (but I could not find any lift or escalator to across the station to the hotel) . Rally clean and comfort room. Every staff who I met wonderful. (I wonder if they have a fridge.........more better to stay) From this hotel you can easy to go Antwerpen International airport(ANR) by the shuttle bus. I had a early departure from ANR, so I took a taxi but it was only around 11 euro( without tips).

Great hotel
Almost brand new hotel, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms, great breakfast, and pretty good location (do check out the Cogels-Osy Lei 2 mins walk away, one of the most architecturally famous streets in the world). Parking bit difficult to find but that's about the only less positive detail.

Very good value for money
Very friendly staff, The gym is next level, the food a bit expensive but worth the price, the rooms new and fresh, the staff very helpful and friendly, except for one instance in the restaurant. The hotel is in a business district, so quiet on the weekend. Access to hussle and bussle is 2 minutes away as trams and busses depart from across the street. Berchem station also across the street. A great Liedl shop next to the hotel building. Wi-fi was not stable, could not talk on WhatsApp without dropping the calls. For laptop and messages use, ok. Small local restaurants within 5 minutes of walking caters for food for locals, and therefore well priced and good home cooking style.

This is an excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were very helpful with making recommendations of things to do. The only minor complaint is the wifi connection wasn't the greatest at the end of the hallway. However, after talking to the staff they had mentioned the technicians are working on it over the next week.

Wrong room given initially, with two single beds. After few hours a new room with join bed was provided. In the new room the AC didn't work. Was making lots of noise and didn't cool. I have a video of it.

Please note that the type of bed is always upon request and availability. However, we have provided an alternative room 15 minutes after check-in. Perfect location across the street from the Berchem train station and tram stop and adjacent to a super market. A rather upscale property for the Park Inn brand. A new hotel with a bright, spacious, and welcoming lobby and terrace. The staff is incredible! Very customer focused and genuinely enthusiastic to help make your stay a pleasant one. The front desk receptionists and the bar and restaurant staff were incredible! Some of the best service I have received from a hotel staff. Construction was still ongoing outside the entrance of the hotel, which made it difficult to find the hotel entrance and a little messy entering and exiting the building by walking. Also, if you are traveling with a car, the parking is a little inconvenient as many of the parking ticket validation stations were not yet working. It resulted in me spending a little extra time my first couple of days searching for a parking ticket station that worked. Also, if you arrive by car, be aware there are no in and out parking privileges. You pay everytime you exit, which made it a little inconvenient when I needed to leave out multiple times each day for different activities. The fitness center is still under construction, but the awesome staff accommodated my fitness needs by offering complimentary use of the very nice fitness center at another Radisson property in the center. Overall, a great experience, and I definitely will return to this Park Inn on my next visit to Antwerp!
