"From even before our arrival Nicolas messaged me to give information. At the suites he welcomed us and showed the suite with explanation of every amenities and also described the building history. Just amazing to live in a building from the 14th century, but with all the modern appliances you have in your own home. It is a fusion from the mediaeval times to the present day and it works like I've never seen before! Top score! 10/10"
"Ons verblijf bij De Gulde Schoen is ons wederom supergoed bevallen. We houden van de luxe uitstraling en goede kwaliteit van afwerking van de ruimtes. Van de matrassen op het bed die heerlijk liggen tot aan het kopje koffie uit het Nespresso apparaat, alles klopt gewoon. En dik pluspunt is dat wanneer je de deur uitstapt je midden in het centrum staat. We hebben weer genoten!"
"Amazing place to stay if you are heading to Antwerp. Location is great near the central area and very close to the station. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean in a new and modern building.
Access and check in is via an app but it all worked perfectly and there are even lockers you can use on the day to check out.
Hard to find any negatives and would definitely choose to stay here when. I come back to Antwerp.

"De kamers zijn groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Badkamer is heel erg netjes mooie grote douche die volledig is afgesloten dus geen water dat de douche uitloopt. Bedden zijn heerlijk. Kussen mogen iets voller of extra op de kamer. Voor inchecken mag je naar de 6 verdieping waar ook het ontbijt wordt geserveerd in buffetvorm. Met een klein assortiment aan ontbijt maar voldoende keuze om goed te ontbijten. Het hotel zit midden in jet cemtrum vlak bij de winkels en eetgelegenheden dus ideaal.

"We had appartment 201 for four persons for 2 days for a concert. Big appartment so lots of space. The balcony was small with only two chairs but did not manage to use much during the few days. Could have stayed in this accommodation again. Quiet area, mainly residential. Tram only about 200 m from building.
Only complaint we had was that it took us some hours to get into The appartment as we had not receive the code info for the doors beforehand. The two phone number on the confirmation where...
