The hotel is truly gorgeous on the outside and inside. The room was very clean and had the most comfortable bed, and the location was pefect for exploring Antwerp as you could easily walk everywhere.

It’s a very nice hotel in a great location near all old town attractions. The front desk staff were highly professional and friendly. They have provided helpful information regarding planning for our two days in Antwerpen. We’re Expedia Platinum members and have been offered a room upgrade and early check in.

The whole of Antwerp seemed to be clogged with roadworks, but the hotel had made brilliant arrangements to minimise this. Their pre arrival communications were very helpful, especially regarding the car park access. Excellent rooms and a good breakfast too.

It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great location. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. I liked that you could put a sign on your door to plant a tree rather than have your room cleaned as an option.

We absolutely adored our stay and plan on returning, we did not see another hotel anywhere in Antwerp that we liked more. The area is convenient to both shopping and the historical area. Walking distance to everything. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely too.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast options were good with a nice selection of meats, bread, fruit, cheeses and more. They would offer some table service during breakfast which was a nice touch. The rooms were very nice! Everything felt modern and well maintained. I would have liked a bit more water pressure in the shower, but the bathroom was really nice over all. The bedroom was really nice with a large comfortable bed. The air condition worked really well in the over 30 degrees Celsius weather.
