We had delays so a booked this hotel for over night literally from pulling up a could see it was relaxing and just run properly the little restaurant inside lovely and not over priced the staff cant do anoth for u absolutely will come back

Really loved it

We stayed here in 2020 and nothing much changed since then. Comfy rooms, two beach clubs to choose (5-7 minutes ride), restaurant with good home food. Yes, the prices are in euro and a bit high. Overall we loved it

That was a great stay at all. Very kindly staff and good breakfast. But the room wasn’t so clean and towels and sheets look dirty, even they was washed and clean. Otherwise everything was nice. Location was also very good. Very easy to become there with bus KL08 and some another public bus.

Booked this property because it indicated airport transfer, next to beach, pools, bar, etc.. Had to get taxi to hotel, not near beach & beach closed; one pool empty, other closed, No bar ( room with a table); really out of the way. Hôtel basically deserted except for a few workers. Horrible experience. Manager was pleasant & tried to refund - has to go through hotels.com - still waiting!! Had to take expensive taxi to another hotel & wasted full day of short vacation!

Disappointing

Ordinary hotel placed in an unpleasant neighbourhood. This hotel does not serve dinner, and there is 2 kilometer to nearest restaurant area. Don't think about walking there since the neighbourhood is crowded with unchained watchdogs. Take a taxi instead - but remember that they only take cash and don't make the trip with a meter turned on. One might think that this should be a tourist scam of the past - well, it is not in this area. I will never go this area again. And the hotel: well, they definitely also need to upgrade on the concept of service.

Absolutely stunning pictures online, looked bigger in pictures but smaller than expected however the stay was welcoming, I wish more staff spoke English and I wish we didn’t have so many internet issues which was a nightmare when trying to plan and book events, transfer monies or even book for a cab. The breakfast is great, the pool view is relaxing and the overall amenities were good but could be great

. Çarşaf ve yastık kılıfları vasattı. Değiştirmelerini talep ettik ancak getirdikleri de eski ve kirliydi. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Bütün çalışanlar nazik ve ilgiliydi özellikle restoran çalışanları (Celil ve arkadaşları) çok ilgililerdi.

Çok memnun kaldım gerçekten her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Sadece ufak bir tavsiye verebilirim. Benim gibi koku sevenler vardır mutlaka, odalara güzel kokular koyula bilir. Birde havlulardan da o kokular gelirse çok güzel olur. Onun dışında samimiyetle söyleyebilirim. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve çeşitli, otelin görünüşü, o havuzun temiz görüntüsü, üşümeyeceğimi bilsem atlıcaktım gerçekten. Çalışan arkadaşlarımız çok güler yüzlü ve nazik. Tekrar teşekkür ederim her şey için ❤️
