We could not rate this hotel more highly, the location was exceptional, almost everything you'd want (restaurants, bars, historic sights like Roman Bath House and Hadrian's gate) were all within a 5 minute walk radius. I loved the style of the hotel and the courtyard, very laid back and relaxed. We enjoyed our stay here far more than a previous stay at the Marriott.

AIR CONDITION PROBLEM

It is a very nice hotel, excellent and so friendly staff. But may be it is a new hotel, the air conditioner was not working properly. The first day, wr coulnt really sleep. And the second day we had the same issue. The third day, the staff offered me to chance my room but it was already my last day. I am sure, they have already solved the problem but I will remember the hotel with the air condition issue.
