"This is a very basic hotel. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived and the wifi was out. There had been a big storm that cut out a lot of power so we understand the challenges the staff had in that regard. However, our room could've been cleaner (eg. food was left in the fridge)."

"Was very upset as the jacuzzi wasn't working. The noise from the children screaming in the pool until 10 pm when we had to get up early was awful. Stayed 3 nights and they never clean the room.
