"We really enjoyed our stay here. The garden was incredible and the lovely family did a little night tour to show us frogs, sleeping birds and other small creatures and plants. In the day we saw many birds. The little side kitchen was nice, and the hostess cooked very good breakfasts of local food, much of which they grew. This was one of our favourite places we stayed in CR. "

"It's a beautiful spot overlooking the mountains. The chalet was well equipped and a fantastic use of space. We would highly recommend it. The only suggestion would be to cut back the trees off the upstairs balcony so that you can see the view better.

"Rooms were clean and tidy but the kitchen was not. Coffee maker had mold, silverware and dishes were not clean, we ended up eating out instead of cooking.
Pool was beautiful and clean. Property was a wonderful place to relax and explore. Proximity to town was great assuming you have transportation.
Check out the garden Maze nextdoor."

"Love this place. The owner was very helpful and hospitable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The property offers plenty of trails and activities, so there’s really no need to leave—you can fully enjoy your time right there. Also, the food at the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend."

"The property was quiet, away from town a few minutes. The hosts were so friendly and wonderful to us. The bungalows were in very good shape and very clean. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!"

"The description on the website and photograph do not do the property justice. It excelled on all counts only issue was that the ramp leading up to our Cabana was quite steep, which could be an issue for someone with mobility issues and would just need to be worked out in advance with the property. The location was excellent. There is a locked gate into the property so Security is superb. The property is in the middle of the cloud forest with many birds just outside the window. "Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure.
