Room and lobby spotless; new furnishings. Front desk staff friendly, welcoming and responsive to guest needs. Same with shuttle drivers. Excellent hotel!

Hyatt Place Anchorage Midtown
The room was excellent. The restaurant/bar was not always open due to staffing issues I believe. So we never ate there. We did get a drink. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. 4 stars because the restaurant was not open when we wanted it. No other issues
