The room type that I booked was "Sold Out" when I arrived for 3 p.m. Check-in. The front desk person had no idea why. Unfortunately, no manager was available until the next day! Thankfully, she still was able to get me a room for the night, but not the King Suite that I reserved. I cannot recommend ...
