Pool was closed 😟 the room was mostly clean a few hairs in the tub and sink in the bathroom water on floor in the bathroom like the toilet may be Leaky thermostat hanging off the wall “ screws pulled out of the wall “ Room overall was comfortable but hallway smelled of cigarette smoke

The Wildbirch Hotel - JDV by Hyatt
Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Extremely clean. Loved all the decor touches. Main lobby area was perfect for coffee, food and waiting by the fire.

There was furniture missing from the room and there was a flood while we were there, but they were very good about helping us check out early
