"This hotel is always mine and my friends first choice when we take our monthly trips to Disneyland, the staff are amazing and friendly, the room is always clean and cozy and anything we might need is close by, there’s literally a Target right down the street. "

"Walking in the lobby smelled horrible and the environment felt unsafe. Hallway carpet was stained and dirty. The room was dirty. Fridge had old food stains. Microwave had old food grease on top. Bed was horrible. Top sheet had stained covers below that also had stains and hair, also pieces of dried food. "
