"The hotel is beautiful; it is a relaxing retreat. However, it is located in anacapri which is more where locals reside. There isn't much to do and inconvenient if wanting to spend most of your time in capri city center or by the beach. "

"This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Luigi and his wife were phenomenal. The view from the entire room, the dining area, and breakfast were incredible. They welcomed us like I'd never been welcomed before. We'll definitely be back if we have more time. And the food is beyond description. True Italian food."

"Superb!!! Great stay fantastic hotel with magnificent views,but what really makes this hotel special is the staff,quite simply brilliant, friendly helpful and they all go above and beyond to make your stay special.Which really makes this hotel extra special. Special mention to Pietro on reception for helping us out on our late arrival after a very troublesome journey. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are thinking of staying in the area.A hidden gem. Thankyou to all the staff...

"B&B Il Grappolo is a wonderful place to stay! It is like your own private villa with a beautiful view of the city from above. Maria and her daughter Angela are warm and friendly (but note Maria doesn't speak English at all). The breakfasts are excellent. Their dog barks a lot and may cause some concern when you first approach, but the owners calm it down. Important note: the B&B isn't in town where a taxi or bus can drop you off. Maria sent us a message saying the bus or taxi should drop us off...

"Booked this literally a few hours before I checked in. The whole team was beyond amazing, breakfast was 5/5, room and bathroom super clean. I would highly recommend it."
