Staff were so friendly, location great for Amsterdam, Zandvoort and Utrecht. Breakfast quite expensive. Room functional and clean. Toiletries provided, but hair/body wash in one, so bring own shampoo if you need it. Coffee machine nice addition. This place biggest asset is the staff.

Enjoyed our short trip to Amsterdam for my wife's birthday. Short walk to Sloterdijk station to get to Amsterdam Central station. Rooms were nice and clean, the lobby is lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this hotel

Staying experience

Generally good choice, valued for the money. Pros: spacious room and bathroom, everything needed was available, good price, rich breakfast, free parking. Cons: pillows were not comfortable for a good sleep, towels were much used, tea spoons were not available at breakfast

The property is in a quiet location, Ubers, taxi and uber eats was fine to and from the hotel. The rooms are basic and great to use as a base to visit central. The lounge downstairs is nice and has a cool vibe to it. You can rent bycycles at the hotel. Overall is good hotel.

Great location!

The house keepers never came to exchange towels. Smoking weed was allowed right in front of the only entrance and there was also someone smoking inside on the last day of our stay. The fire was a wonderful part that we really enjoyed. Location was also great, very close to the light rail.

I loved the fact that this property had a triple bed option for our vacation with 3 people. However, we found the location to be somewhat inconvenient to the city, especially with the rail complications. The property and room itself were just okay as far as cleanliness, but the staff was nice.

Okay but a little touch can improve a lot!!!

The hotel was overall okay however very cheap rusty kettle with 3 paper cups with the cheapest teas and coffee sachets were left. Nearly all 4 star hotels have at least espresso machines nowadays. Every know what they think a about kettles.

Cleaning service didn't make the bed properly, floor is dusty. Soap and shampoo didn't get refilled. The room is pretty small. Some of the furniture is worn out.
