We were lucky to get checked in when we arrived which was much earlier than expected. Staff was nice and attentive. Room was nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The only negative for me is that the bathroom echoes...use your imagination. The buffet definitely worth the extra $ to add only because the food is a bit pricey in general.

Modern, trendy rooms that are very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are very professional and willing to go above and beyond to aid their guests. I loved staying here. The location is also excellent, with tons of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant and bar is also very chic, with a lovely atmosphere.

Modern, clean, and perfectly located in the canal district. We were initially disappointed that our queen room was small and noisy, but after sharing our concerns with the front desk, they responded warmly and handled it wonderfully—upgrading us to a quieter, much larger room with a king bed at no extra charge. We couldn’t have been happier!

Overall, it was great. The AC does not get cold enough but we found that to be the case in most Hotels in Europe! In room coffee was great, on site restaurant and bar was great and it's centrally located.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in / out very efficient. Hotel is situated central a 10 minute walk from train station. Very clean hotel and buffet breakfast was lovely.
