the staff were ignorant..After that nothing else about the hotel would compensate for this and hence my negative review. There are multiple hotels near by where you can get a single room for the same price.

Für City Trip ok

Für einen City Trip für 2 Tage war die Unterkunft ok. Das Zimmer war gross genug und die Metro ist nicht weit entfernt. Leider war es nachts etwas unruhig und der Service an der Bar war sehr langsam. Sonst aber alles ok.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Gegend ist leider insgesamt nicht sehr schön und nicht gepflegt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Betten mussten wir selber machen.

Location economica e quindi di basse aspettative. Però le camere condivise sono sempre sporche. Ne ho cambiate 3... sempre stessa storia. Alla fine mi sono spostato in camera da solo e devo dire che tutto era super ok. Quindi sconsiglio camerata 6/4 posti letto.

spontaneous stay in Amsterdam

I am so glad I found this hostel in Amsterdam. As soon as I arrived with my dog Yatsi, I felt secure and confident about staying here. The staff are all super helpful special thanks to Anita, Sonija, Ben, Maximus and Flabio (sorry for misspellings) they all helped me with all my troubles and made me stay longer in the hostel. The location is great, near a shopping mall with all needs covered, near metro and train stations, tje canal is beautiful and there are parks near by. The atmosphere in the hostel is great. You meet people from all walks of life in a very respectful and vibrant way. Thanks a lot for a great experience. I highly recommend for all types of people and groups. other great things: Internet is great, there's pool table, the shower is nice and hot, there's safety lockers, 24hr reception, laundry, kitchen and many more features.

Localisation bien qu'éloignée du centre ville est proche du métro et du train. Confort des chambres conforme aux autres hotels a&o, le seul regret est le manque de ventilation / air conditionné dans les chambres surtout si elles donnent du côté voies ferrées. Accueil très sympathique et professionnel

Goede ontvangst, wel veel Engels talig maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Schone nette kamer voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Ontbijt goed verzorgd en voldoende keuze. Dichtbij metrostation, kaartjes te koop bij receptie.

Es war rein äußerlich nicht so ansprechend wie die anderen Hotels in der Umgebung,aber wenn man ins Zimmer kam war es sehr shön und gemütlich gemacht.Das gratis Wlan war sehr gut und hat keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet.An sich waren die Nächte ruhig und angenehm kühl.
