"It was a real feel of Texas. The rooms were old but updated. Plenty of lighting. One thing I have noticed on our trip on Route 66, the older hotels have good lighting - overhead and otherwise."

"Comfortable beds, I slept deeply! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Tip: Property does not have an elevator, so if a flight of stairs might pose a challenge for you, ie. Luggage, physical limitations, etc, I recommend you ask for a ground floor room in advance."
