The experience was everything I dreamed it would be - vehicle shuttle into the town in the morning to sight see and shop before the ferry boats brought in too many tourists, when we could call for the boat shuttle to collect us on the pier and help us escape back to the hotel by water (so much fun and with stunning views the whole way!) to lounge either at the pool or the beach. Excellent food and service all day from the open air breakfast...

"The hotel told us our Ferry was canceled so we had to take a bus to Sorrento and A train to Naples. We found out later the ferry wasn't canceled so we went through all that and lost our Ferry fee Also eating on the deck with the beautiful view was not so great as you had birds going on trying to get your food.
