Nice old hotel, I like staying at these grand old hotels when possible! Very welcoming and friendly staff, car park was small but they found me the last spot when I arrived in the evening later than planned. Staff were overall unhappy looking, and certainly not welcoming. I'm also disappointed that there was no food offer available. The bar no longer serves food and the restaurant appeared closed. On the plus side, the wifi is fast and reliable.

Really impressed with the quality across all areas from accommodation to public areas to dining facility and menu, and last but not least, the breakfast room and options. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will be back.

The property had lots of equiptment for cooking. The maintenance man and cleaner were extremely friendly and helpful. The outside could do with some care and attention to update . We had a lovley break here and would go again.
