"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"This hotel is in the perfect location to walk to where the galleries and museums are, parks, the opera, and naschemarket. The air conditioner in our was amazing! With the heat wave this really mattered to us. There was also always cold waters available in the lobby. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. "Immaculately clean and quiet hotel. The self check in was not what you want to be trying to figure out when you arrive tired and late. The shuttle bus displays only 'parkplatz'(parking) it does not have any leonardo hotel signage or markings anywhere. This 'parking' bus came and went 3 times and it wasn't until I asked the driver did I find out its actually for the hotel. Surely even a sign in the window would make sense? I would happily use the hotel again as these things are only a problem if you don't know about them beforehand(or aren't psychic in the case of the bus)"
