"Dear Hotel Team, I would like to share my experience during my stay. First, the self check-in machine was not working. It was not only me — three other people also could not check in. The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours. Also, the room was very cold, and the heating system did not work properly at all. I hope you can improve these problems for future guests. Kind regards,"

"Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good although of the two days I had breakfast I was only asked once for my room number to confirm I'd paid for it. I could have had it for free on the first day. I liked the option of getting a voucher at the bar if I opted not to have my room cleaned. About a 10 min walk to the university and about 15 mins from the station so a good location for me. I would certainly return here when visiting Essen again."
