Confusing check in

The property itself was charming enough. Room was clean, and had nice in-room coffee offering. Check in process was unclear, and app wasn't intuitive. We finally figured it out (email comes exactly at 3pm and you check in a few more times on app then get a door unlock on app). Room was hot. No A/C and no fan

I did not want to leave building because no physical key. If cellphone battery depleted or non functional, I'd have been locked out. Chose not to go anywhere to be safe. No staff on premises, same or higher cost as much nicer hotels on this trip. Should include a key once inside to have secure entry, checkout completed with Key return. Worth hiring an employee or two & giving free rent, for on site 24 hour support. Neat idea with online key, but needs improvement. Coffee maker didn't work right or didn't include directions if I used incorrectly. Bathroom was decent, bed was decent and window view was great, but poor heating and insulation was uncomfortable.

Nice but NO service at all

The room was very nice, well decorated with a modern/urban taste, with nice materials, clean and good quality overall. I'm generally excited about boutique-hotels, but I have to say that this one was a bit disappointing. There is literally nothing to expect in terms of additional services or premises, the hotel is basically a corridor and . No breakfast, no restaurant, no reception, no food or drinks distributor, slow internet connection and not even a keycard. Everything is managed by a web-app, so be sure to have a smart phone. My app was not working properly but by chance I bump into a maintenance guys who was his way home (17h). This is one of the most expensive hotel in the radius, I expected a bit more than a bottle of water. A simple yet efficient breakfast corner would have change my experience...

Did not realize there was digital check in. No reception area. The keys were also digital. System had issues and was tricky to use same digital key to open two different rooms. The water got shut off to the building two separate times. The cleaning staff was super nice but still had to wait for hours before we had water.

Tolles modernes Hotel

Das Hotel ist ganz neu und rein digital zu betreten, was erstmal seltsam und befremdlich anmutet. Tolles Zimmer, alles neu und sauber. Bäcker und Restaurant in nächster Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Für den Preis war mir das Zimmer sehr klein.Das Bett viel zu hoch.Frühstück ist erst ab 08.09.25 zu bestellen.Aber man hat Geschäfte in der Nähe gehabt, das ist gut gewesen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Da es sich allerdings im 3. Stock unter dem Dach befand, war es ohne Klimaanlage sehr heiß. Ausserdem war es sehr laut, man hörte von der Straße die ganze Nacht Geräusche. Es war zwar eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, die man jedoch ohne Beschreibung nicht benutzen konnte. Zusammenfassend war es allerdings für eine Nacht in Ordnung, da die Verkehrsanbindungen echt super waren und sich vor dem Hotel direkt Geschäfte befanden.

Zimmer neu und gut eingerichtet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ich habe das Zimmer wegen der Nähe zur Veltins Arena gebucht. Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab, was ebenfalls ein Riesen Pluspunkt ist.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, mit bequemen Bett. Nur der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war nicht toll und das Waschbecken ist zu klein.

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt, wir hatten am ersten Abend keine Badetücher und kein Shampoo, ausserdem war des dritte Bett nicht gerichtet. Dadurch dass kein Personal da ist, konnte erst am nächsten Tag alles bereit gestellt werden.
