"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"

"Not everything in Texas is bigger. The rooms are small. No lobby. 8th floor lounge was closed with events, patio closed. Location was close to state building. but the walk required walking past homeless zombi drug addicts. I would stay closer to the river or the other side of the river."

I accidentally booked the wrong day and they went above and beyond to book the correct day when I arrived and get me a refund from Expedia for the wrong date. Fantastic experience and I 100% recommend them!"
