"We have stayed here many times, it has been a few years since being back ! I would say that they have let the complex deteriorate somewhat and its standard has certainly been lowered! Sad we really liked it here. Unfortunately we have planned and payed for another night before we fly out. Could be the last stay we have here, you really need to look at what you aren’t doing for your customers."

"The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. I think the hotel needs abit more a tlc and air freshener and also we had placed a busy tag on the door as we did not want anyone to enter or clean and yet when we came back it had been cleaned. "

"Very small room. Hardly enough space to open a small suitcase. Location is excellent however, but car access and parking complicated."

"Room was clean, satisfactory for our stay. Amazing breakfast every morning, everything you could think of. Restaurant was very good food ate twice during our stay. The facilities were great, gym, lovely spa experience. Walking distance to the town, plaza mall and to the beach. Great roof top pool. As well as a secondary pool (didn’t use this one) We had freak weather, 2.5 days of rain out of 4 days. Didn’t stop us from having something to do. Highly recommend and would definitely come back if I was to stay in Alicante."
