Also, we used a tour service stationed in the hotel and we were glad we did. Muhammad was our tour guide and he gave us superior service with down to earth attitude. "The place was nice. Puts you right in middle with the locals. The hotel is located on a narrow one-way street, so getting to it is tricky. Excellent choice for someone who want to explore and is adventurous."
"Everything was in order..great location..facilities etc.. however the hotel was let down by the front desk. We arrived after a 10 hour flight at 4.30am ( room booked for the night before) only to find room not ready!..had to wait 30 minutes..with various stories from the front desk...aircon not working was the first excuse...then the next was we are trying to get a sea view for you... just a very poor experience made worse by a rather agressive duty manager..who appeared from nowhere just so ...
