"The hotel, location, and amenities were fantastic!! The only moment I got very disappointed was at the spa with one of the girls at the front desk. After one week at the hotel, the day before departing (May 21st) we booked an hour massage for both of us. At the moment of paying, my credit card didn’t go through (she shamelessly hold a laugh). "New towels every night, during the day at the pool they came with hand cloths and choc ices on occasion. Plenty loungers and canopys, also towels for loungers were large and changed daily. Great selection for breakfast, bottled water supplied everyday to room if existing was depleted."

However, we couldn't park in the temporary spaces provided a couple of streets away to enable us to drop off our bags before moving the car to the parking. "We were initially surprised at the size of the hotel and rather disappointed how far away our room was from reception and the lifts: However,chat changed as soon as we got to our room which was more like a suite! Exceptionally comfy bed as well. Once we found the shortcut stairways back to the pool area, all was fine. Very glad the hotel wasn't full otherwise the pretty good breakfast might have been more of a struggle. Definitely recommend popping over the road to the Mercado and have a lunch...

"Le personnel à la réception est très serviable et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux et varié, de bons produits. La personne de la conciergerie parle couramment français et nous a conseillé et réservé des restaurants très variés pour le diner. Le service parking et voiturier est très pratique. La piscine, les transats et parasols en bon état. La mer St Raphael est proche de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture et avons pu découvrir d'autres plages."
