"Heating unit was very quiet so didn't disturb sleep. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not so wonderful. Found 2 hairs on sheet. Flying ant and gnat in room. Badly in need of some touch-up painting. No vent in bathroom. Magnifying mirror missing adjustment screw. NO microwave. Signage was great and could easily maneuver to area needed in hotel and casino. Gentleman at registration desk unfriendly and seemed to wish he was anywhere but there."

"The property was amazing as was the front desk attendants, Ty and Adriana, but the manager was unavailable and unaccommadating. The facility was immaculate and beautifully designed. The rooms were clean and spacious but the bathroom could use an update."

"Our 2nd stay at a Hyatt Place in the past 8 mos. Again there was elevator trouble with only 1 working and it was slower than molasses. Our room was cleaner this time. Not happy that they charged us for the total stay upon arrival, then a $75 incidental fee and the next morning another $234 for some lame reason that the system didn’t see the initial charge. We think we are done with Hyatt. Sad, because the rooms are spacious."
