Very unique hotel with great amenities! Restaurant, bar, and pool are a great time! Great downtown location that is walking distance from other places.
It was a nice hotel. Clean charming and a good vibe. I will say the photos made it look much more upscale. Overall we had no issues and it was a nice place to stay during the balloon fiesta.
A motel like place worth $150 per night charging $400 per night
Very loud street noise giving hard time to rest and sleep overnight
Also at the premium price there was not even a coffee maker no iron and not even a simple complaintary bottle
Of water nor breakfast buffet
Complete stop off

We loved our stay. Great Valet parking and professional staff. We were worried about the location of the hotel for safety concerns, but we had a great stay and couldn’t be more satisfied.
My family and I are always pleased to visit this hotel and staff. Everyone is always so friendly. Vibes are always good. Brunch downstairs at the dwntnr, chef’s kiss.
Very chic for the price point. The coolest thing about this place is the customers and pool area tbh. I do wish the restaurant menu was fuller (although the music is fantastic!). There’s a park across the street with some oftentimes loud and questionable activity. There was a woman at the front desk who was just not nice and I wouldn’t go back for that reason alone. Staff overall is pleasant though and overall this is a get what you pay for type of place.
Very comfortable bed.
No microwave or coffee maker. Small refrigerator was PACKED with soft drinks and alcohol, hotel was hoping to charge you for. We had to remove all of it to make room for the sodas we brought in and then restock with theirs when we left.
Fine stay. Clean, well maintained, helpful staff, nice restaurant and bar. Pool looked lovely though I did not have time for a swim. Very convenient location. Near theaters bars restaurants, not far from museums. Easy walk or free bus ride most places, and of course there is Lyft.
This was my second stay, which should tell you something. Clean Bright well updated and maintained facility with my young people. The restaurant could be better, but it does exist and it’s open late. The rooms are great and if you want to swim, the pool looks cool, but I’ve never been down to it. This place is worth it. Fun alternative to the Hilton Garden Inn.
This hotel is absolutely adorable. Staff was polite & the food was so good! We didn’t swim but the pool area is so cute & seems like a fun little hangout spot.
We really enjoyed our stay at ARRIVE! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were greeted every morning, and they even filled up our water bottles for us, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I also loved the Salt & Stone amenities in the bathroom—they were a nice addition and made the stay feel a little more elevated.
The only downside was the noise level. Our room faced the street, and it was quite loud throughout the night. The hotel did provide earplugs, which we appreciated, but light sleepers may want to request a room away from the street if possible.
Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail.
I traveled with my sister for a concert at First Financial Amphitheater. We researched where to stay and landed on Arrive as it’s only a 15 min drive to the venue. The hotel itself is cute and clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. The surrounding area however felt a bit shady and unsafe. Lots of police activity due to the unhoused population in the park across the street. Other than that though, we had a pleasant stay.
