"We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful and our room on the 3rd floor was very modern and comfortable. The location is great looking over a sheltered bay with lots of complimentary water activities available such as kayaking, paddle boarding etc.. We were also pleased to find quite a good selection of restaurants within walking distance (Bullies and the Beach House in particular). Très professionnelle offrant une magnifique expérience. Mon coup de coeur. Point négatif : l’accueil de l’hôtel est quasiment inexistant ! Pas d'explication, manque d’organisation. Bref nous sommes loin des standards qui se pratiques en Europe ou même La Réunion et Madagascar. Piscine, non concordance entre la brochure...

"I really liked this adults only hotel. Compared to the hotel we came from in Grand Baie, this was a nice and relaxing change. Without kids running around, it made for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Everything was lovely from our room to the grounds to the available water activities. However, with the lack of children, the food options were limited. Sometimes I just wanted a simple pizza or some ice cream, but that wasn’t available at dinner. "Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

"This a truly lovely hotel and we had a fabulous two week stay. The location is fantastic you can easily walk into Grand Baie for dinner or shopping. It was easy to find and ideal for exploring the island. The views from the pool and the beach are of the stunning harbour, where there is lots of boats coming and going, which was fun to watch.
