"We generally stay at Marriott, but tried out the Hyatt this time. After this stay, I think we might switch to staying at Hyatt for our future vacations. The staff, amenities and cleanliness were so much better than Marriott. Scarlett at the front desk was amazing and really helped make our stay great. "This place deserves even more than 5 stars. The property and rooms are impecable. This felt like a cozy airbnb. The 2 ladies who work the desk are 2 of the kindest humans in long beach. This location is also perfect- close to restaurants and grocery store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat "
