Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. ...

I booked to hotel.com and it says that the amount ill pay was including the taxes..but when I arrived in al eairy apartments 4,they charged me again with taxes..and the bathroom in room 4 still not good..it still smell like stool

The bathroom needs upgrade in everythings You can't take shower. You have to hold the shower pipe till you finish

Lily Hotel Suite Mubarraz
Booked for 1 adult and 2 children but there was only 1 bed. When i asked they tried to charge an additional 50 SAR.
