"We arrived on Saturday, and the pool was in that same condition again. I stayed here last week and was told it had been cleaned on Friday and was dirty because of Sahara dust; they had put the robot cleaner in, but it only ran for an hour and then stopped. Today—a week later—the robot is still sitting ..."

"We enjoyed our stay bc the hotel was clean at all times. The pool was maintained on a daily bases. We also had an amazing room service person named Kathy that took great pride in her work. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Overall it was a great experience."
