"Upgrading the room at $355 a night wasn’t worth the extra money. Advertised as a junior spa sweet with a view. The view was terrible, basically a brick wall and when I stayed there 20 years ago nothing has changed. Bathroom plus shower was decrepit with damaged cupboard’s, pedestal light was faulty. ..."
