"I arrived at 9:45 pm. There was no one around to check me in. I had to push the doorbell button 3x before someone came to the counter. She left and a gentleman came back. (The whole time I was waiting OUTSIDE of the building ... not in the lobby.) I was asked for my ID, and credit card. Through a round while in the glass, I was given a rolled up paper, and a pen to sign it with. Then I got my card & ID back along with the key to the room. (No instructions on where to go .. or even a Thank you.) Disappointing"

"Did Not stay at this hotel and my reservation was canceled within the time span that I was given and now I can’t get almost $900 back from anyone. No one can give me the correct phone number to call and no one will give me the refund to my credit card; this is the worst service I have ever had. I canceled due to illness. I didn’t check in. I didn’t stay there. I didn’t anything. I’m just waiting for a refund. Can someone help me?"

"Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly, location is perfect for walking to tasting rooms and restaurants in downtown (1-3 min walk). Nespresso in the room was great. The rooftop bar is a great stop for a cocktail and appetizer."

"Its an older motel so it wasnt in perfect condition but it was clean, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was good for the one night we stayed. It was close to the venue we were attending. The area was safe and quiet. Its also pet friendly."
