From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. They thoughtfully arranged for extra grab rails in the bathroom, which made a huge difference and showed genuine care and attention to accessibility. It gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The food deserves special mention — the restaurant serves absolutely amazing meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by everyone at the hotel. "Superb location for our village (25 minute walk to Wadala) - staff were very helpful, esp Arshdeep and Anil. Special mention for Sunil in the restaurant who really looked after all of us with grace, nothing was too much trouble and he was always supportive of my elderly parents. The hotel was a haven to come back to after all the wedding celebrations - straight to breakfast after the doli departed!"
