"Everything was great from start to finish. The room was well equipped, the beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were probably some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was fabulous! Eggs made to order, fresh fruit, fruit juice, hot chocolate, coffee, bread with butter and cheese. Very good and filling. "Hotel Casa Montero is a solid choice if you want to stay in the historic center of Quito. The entry courtyard is tranquil and inviting, and the beds are quite comfortable. A particular bonus was the size and functionality of the bath/shower -- really impressive! The staff was fantastic -- very kind and helpful. Overall, I had a great time here!"

"Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay. We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury."
