Aunque lleguemos a las 15:30 (check in desde 15:00) no había nadie a la recepción, el proceso total de nuestro checkin duro casi 2 horas! Las instalaciones no justifican el alto precio. Even though we arrived at 15:30 (check in starts at 15:00) there was nobody at the reception, the total process of hour check in took about 2 hours! The installations do not justify the high price.

Nicely located near a lot of local restaurants and the beach. Lots of hidden fees and does not have the amenities mentioned on Expedia. No Internet in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby for that. And that’s far. AC semi work. Gym does not exist. And pools are out of order. For maintenance. Not happy at all. Won’t recommend.

Un lugar con personal altamente amable

La propiedad requiere mantenimiento en general, sin embargo la estancia fue muy placentera, las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con todo lo necesario, un hotel clásico de la época dorada de Acapulco, el personal es muy amable y muy efeciente, el servicio en el restaurante es muy bueno y muy buena calidad de alimentos. El único inconveniente que nos incómodo fue que por error nos abrieron la habitación a las 7 am, fuera de ese inconveniente la estancia fue muy placentera. Definitivamente volveré.

Están muy bonitas las instalaciones aunque deberían remodelar un poco, checar las cuestiones eléctricas y de las llaves de agua, de la tina principalmente ya que en la habitación que nos toco, goteaba mucho. También deberían actualizar la dirección en google maps, porque te marca la entrada por el spa jaja de ahí en adelante, todo muy bien.

Me encanto el hotel no esta tan lejos de la playa pero el hotel mismo, es un lugar muy muy agradable, me encanto mi habitación la 403 creo es la mejor de todo el hotel, bonita vista del hotel desde su terraza y de la bahía, enorme, cómoda y bonita. Solo estuvo mal que no había agua caliente. Pero ahora es mi lugar favorito para llegar.
