Renovation? Construction? What a mess
The staff was super friendly but the hotel dock was completely torn apart and nothing like the photos. They also had me staying in a completely separate building which required me to drive me car just to access the pool. It also took over half an hour to check in between every guard pointing me in a different direction when the check in instructions could've just told me what to do. Again, super friendly staff and the service was good. The room was ok but the location wasn't. Overall, really bad value and wouldn't stay again. Which is sad since this location and hotel has a ton of potential.

Terrible hotel staff. Room didnt have black out, shower spills all the water in to the walking closet. Taxi to expensive.

A great apartment house at a great location
They show it as an hotel, but it is an apartment house with a daily cleaning service. The apartments are very good Great Beach Club, good beach accessible,. Breakfast is 3 star not 5 star.

I WANT TO REST IN AN HOTEL IN ACAPULCO, BUTWHEN I ARRIVE THIS IS NOT AN HOTEL. THIS IS AN APARMENT AND THEY DOESNT HAVE AN HOTEL FACILITIES. THE RECEPTION CLOSE A 6 AND THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSE AT 7. IF YOU WANT AN HOTEL, THIS IS NOT THE OPTION. I CALL IN THE NIGHT FOR HELP AND THE ONLY PEOPLE CAN FIND IS THE SECURITY GUARD AND HE DEOSNT HELP ME. THE BATHROMM IS VERY NICE BUT SMELL TERRIBLE. NOT FOR THIS CATEGORY.

Habia lugares limpios y otros sucios, le falta mantenimiento al lugar y mas establecimientos como restaurante ya que el unico que tienen esta lejos, para todo hay que usar el auto, ni OXXO hay sin embargo dentro del hotel lo mantienen limpio con aire y camas buenas, el wifi no sirve. las playas principales estan lejos tienen una playita mas o menos pero retirada del hotel.

La habitacion es sumamenye pequeña y el baño no tiene mas que unas puertitas tipo cantinas que dan cero privacidad. El club de playa extraordinario al igual que la ubicacion. En realidad sob torres de condominios.

Es un hotel muy caro . Y las habitaciones muy chicas , no cabíamos ni para pasar, en las puertas de baño tronaban mucho, y ruidoso . Las cortinas no servían , al igual que los cajones del mueble donde se encontraba la televisión. Una de las camas estaba muy vencida, muy incomoda, Estamos muy arrepentidos.

Es imposible que no informen que no cuentan con restaurante propio y que el horario de alberca está restringida hasta las 6 de la tarde, permiten música durante toda la noche lo que no permite descansar

Si tenemos restaurante propio y esta abierto de 9am a 7pm en nuestro club de playa que abre de 9am a 7pm.

NO HAY COLGADORES EN EL BAÑO SUFICIENTES PARA INCLUSO PONER LAS TOALLAS UTILIZADAS. TIENEN UN CARRITO DE GOLF QUE TE MUEVE AL CLUB DE PLAYA , QUE HASTA ESO NOS DIO BUEN SERVICIO , PERO SI SON DE LAS PERSONAS QUE QUIEREN SUBIR DEL CLUB DE PLAYA AL HOTEL DESPUES DE LAS 7 Y/U 8 P.M. PREPARENSE PARA CAMINAR APROX. 1 KILOMETRO EN EMPINADA TOTAL. LA COMIDA ESTA BIEN AUNQUE NO ESPEREN UN BUFFET PORQUE NO LO TIENEN , YA QUE LAS PERSONAS QUE ESTAN SON POCAS. LO MEJOR QUE TIENEN ES LA ALBERCA SALADA Y EL MUELLE QUE ESTA MUY BIEN PARA AVENTARSE CLAVADOS. Hotel agradable con excelente club de playa
Es un hotel con buena seguridad, habitaciones pequeñas con vista al mar, para poder llegar al mar hay que bajar al club de playa, por medio de carrito de golf, el club de playa tiene un excelente servicio y es muy bueno, pero el mar carece de arena.

Bonito, lujoso, pero con escasos servicios.
La estancia fue muy placentera, el club de playa es un paraíso; sin embargo, me parece que tienen muy poco personal (BEsmeralda) y no hay forma de conseguir prácticamente nada después de las 7:00 pm (ni hielos).

Fue un viaje de un solo día, pero en la página no especifican que es como un hotel de paso bien, realmente no tiene ninguna de las amenidades que se esperan de un hotel de cadena, muy aburrido, si tu idea es ir a ver la tele y en todo caso a la alberca bien puede ser opción, lo que me agrado es que no tienen valet parking, por lo cual tu estaciones tu propio auto

habitacion muy pequeña, la playa privada un asco
habitacion muy pequeña el closet para abrir la puerta tenia uno que salir para abrir la puerta y sacar la ropa, los articulos personales de limpieza muy limitados, el desayuno que nos ofrecieron en expedia fue bufet y al llegar al hotel nos ofrecieron desayuno muy pauperrimo o sea muy malo.

Habia pagado una apartamento con cuatro recamaras, cocina y sala; y al final obtuve 2 cuartos super pequeños con 2 camas matrimoniales. Este no es un hotel es un condominio en donde a las 7 pm se acaba cualquier servicio que requieras. Si vas en un plan familiar como yo, no te lo recomiendo.
