"The hotel location is very good beside Corniche , and also close to restaurants and nice mall (khalidiya mall) , staff are friendly and helpful , we got a free upgrade to suite , thanks to the management , room service is fast and helpful , breakfast was good but needs more options variety , our stay was excellent in all means"

"A great stay at the Rotana, the staff are fantastic and amenities spot on. Our room could have done with a bit of an update, the shower seal was leaking, and bidet wasn’t fully working but other than that great value for money and breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and organizing thoughtful anniversary treats in our room. A special thank you to Rohit, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. He went out of his way to prepare special purées for him and would always ask if there was anything he could make for him. That personal attention meant so much to us and was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with an amazing selection. The Kids' Palace was a little underwhelming compared with the rest of the property, and the enormous size of the palace can sometimes take away from the personal feel of the experience. Overall, Emirates Palace is an incredible and unforgettable property. The grandeur, setting, activities, amazing breakfast, and especially the exceptional Club Lounge staff made our stay very special."
