Hotel is very close to exhibition centre and is not possible to access by taxi during exhibitions. Staff dont seem to have any knowledge of this. Prices in restaurant inflated for exhibition (I was told this by staff!) Didn't have a good customer focused feel to it. Rooms are OK.

I have called the hotel a day before my stay to get a confirmation because I have never received one like any other hotels would do. However, the lady who answered my call was very rude and refused to give me any confirmation and asked me to communicate with Expedia instead. I was shocked when they told me that the hotel is self service hotel so no help with the luggage unless there's more than one person at the reception so one of them can offer some help. The food was terrible and I would never consider to have breakfast included with my stay. Same food everyday with few options which make you feel overwhelmed.

I stayed here many times before Covid. I couldn't come for 4 years because of Covid, but I could finally this time. Very clean, super friendly staff, good place and price. I stayed 5 star hotel near Conish before. But much better than 5 star hotel here. I recommend this hotel for all people. And I'll stay this hotel soon again, inshallah.

Bad service, no bell boy service, took the money and later said they don’t have the booked room, had to stay in another room which they gave ( didn’t have any option). Avoid if possible, though they are close to ADNEC Exhibition so in that way it might make sense.

The management was disjointed. I have sent an email and spoke to someone when I called to say I was delayed a day due to weather. When I got there they had sold my room and we're going to send me to another property 10 mins drive. Then I extended to midnight on the 18th at a half rate, then they charged a full day. Disconnected.
