"Very friendly staff. Had some issues communicating with the hotel via email and Expedia messages, but were able to quickly resolve issues by phone and in person. Beautiful old hotel with modern features in the heart of Aberdovey."

"Over all happy with the stay. It's clean and tidy close to every thing. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Large towls were missing and the hair dryer but were bought to the room as soon as we asked for them. Excellent service. Two down falls. The shower. Large people might struggle to get in the shower as the door hing is 1/5 along the door so the door when opened doesn't hit the toilet. Second issue the road noise. "The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were amazing, the service in the dining room was excellent.
Parking is limited but we were lucky all 3 days.
Loved the hotel.
The shower needs some edging to catch the water from spreading over the floor (drainage worked fine)
We were at the hotel for 3 nights and loved every minute.
Thank you"
