"Very clean throughout, modern and simplistic style, comfy bed. Grateful for the fan in the room and honesty shop in reception for late night snacks. Reception team very friendly."
"The Hotel was very nice, clean and air conditioned. We didn't have breakfast or Dinner so can't comment on that. Rooms were clean. Could do with a lick of paint, bathroom/toilet very small but usable, asked for a coffee at 9.30pm but the machine had already been switchef off, all in all good stay"
"The room is very clean & alstaff waa able to clean the room the day after our check-in. Staff in the reception is very good, helpful and accomodating . However the staff in the restaurant (8th July morning) are quite intimidating. While we are having our breakfast they keep on coming into our table or sneak and we felt like we are being watched with their little gestures. This is so annoying & we felt like weve been discriminated. Please do something about this. We didnt even had a peaceful breakfast. This is our first time to experience on a hotel. We were having a problem that time when my son had allergic reactions whilst on the restaurant and we dont know where it is coming from."
"brilliant accommodation. Very clean and well decorated. Staff extremely friendly. Great break choices... honestly a great hotel and very reasonable for a London hotel.
will definitely be returning.... THANKYOU The Gantry. Xenia and Ian Hudson"
"Great hotel, I stayed before a couple of years ago and since then they have introduced a vegan (and allergy friendly) cookie which is good to see. There’s slightly less selection for vegan & gluten free diets at breakfast compared to two years ago, but still very good. The staff, especially the lady who worked on the breakfast hosting, were all so friendly and helpful.
The aircon worked great and was a lovely relief from the heatwave.
The lifts are very small, worked fine but if you’re a wheelchair user it could be an issue if you don’t have a basic manual chair.
Bed was comfy and I slept well. If I needed to I would happily stay again."
"Staff try but are not always arrucate with advice, seem to mean well
Very clean, a few maintainance issues in pool changing room
Good breakfast good enviroment"
