Lovely stay
Hotel was very easily located, the check in process was very easy, staff polite and nice. The room had everything needed. Breakfast was limited, but very nice. Overall would stay again if I had to be back in Aalborg.

Overall not a very pleasant stay
When we first arrived the receptionist was kind and gladly helpful to us regarding direction to the P-house. We checked in and as we entered our room (515) there were hair stains on both beds, and even on the bathroom sink. There were also some yellow coloured fluied on the toilet seat, and under it. Those yellow coloured fluids were also on the floor, there were also hair in the bathroom, and even a lonely bug in the shower area.

First time to Denmark. Wonderful hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Extremely convenient to shops, restaurants, train station. Even a mall across the street. Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is well situated near the main transport hub, and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Parking is in the Campus parking lot, do not go the the one at the bus station. You pay for parking at the hotel at a greatly reduced rate. Breakfast was over priced so we went to a local bakery instead. Rooms basic, but very clean and everything you needed. Staff super helpful

Clean, nice, not the best view but good location to the city and easy access from the trainstation. Nicest staff - so friendly and helpful. I would come back to this hotel if I’m ever going to Aalborg again 😀

A great stay. Super friendly staff and new and very clean hotel in a perfect location. Only downside is the ventilation system which all new built Danish buildings have to have and that you can’t turn off. Not the hotels fault, but if you are a little sound and draft sensitive it might bother you

Convenient and good value
Convenient location close to transport and not far from city centre. Nice but fairly basic room - everything functioned well. Helpful, pleasant but not always well-informed staff. Good wi-fi. Smooth check-in and check-out. Excellent price

Comfortable beds. But the rooms were too hot in July. I think the rooms only have radiators to heat up the rooms but no A/C due to the normal Danish weather. No refrigerator or kettle warmer either, but then again that might be a US luxury, as even economy hotels provide those in the US. Super friendly and smiling front desk staff made up for it though. Vicinity to train station is great. Overall pleasant stay.

Perfect stay in Aalborg
This Hotel was just perfect. Very close to the train station and right next to the bus stand. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty. Especially the pancakes and the muffin are one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel in Aalborg. The only problem was the seagulls crying all night outside the window. We had the windows open because it was a hot night. If you are a light sleeper then it would be a problem. Otherwise it is a perfect place to stay in Aalborg.

The hotel and staff were good. However I was furious when I knew I was the only person who had to pay deposit “ which I was not aware I had to do, yet when other guests were checking out I noticed they haven’t jad to queue for a refund” the reason I was given although I am a mum with a small child, is I checked in at the new year’s eve and I could get drunk and break something or smoke in the room. I wondered if I wanted to be that wild why would I travel with a child for a family trip?! No coffee tea amenities in the room which obliges you to buy constantly coffee and teas at the reception which is fine, but the cups are the smallest so you pay over £2 for a small cup that just makes you want to drink more ... location is good, not too close to the centre and the business yet close to all transport means.
