A great hotel with friendly staff who were more than happy to help me. My room was flawless, the only other feedback I have is there could be more options regarding food at breakfast. I would stay here again though.

Good service at the reception. The TV did not work in my room so they moved me the day after to another room. I missed served fruits at the breakfast table, cut down melon which are so popular at Danish hotels. The hotel is well located for visitors to the Aalborg Congress Center, less than 10 minutes walk but little longer distance if you with to walk to Aalborg center.

The Breakfast menu was the best thing about the property. The parking is off site and the walk can be thru an unsafe area. getting to the parking is like going thru a war zone. did not feel comfortable. the actual room was small with very little actual amenities for comfort. asking for extra pillows was a real chore for them to accomodate.

Lovely stay

Hotel was very easily located, the check in process was very easy, staff polite and nice. The room had everything needed. Breakfast was limited, but very nice. Overall would stay again if I had to be back in Aalborg.

Ok for a good nights sleep

Nice hotel with a good central location. Breakfast is not so interesting with only a few options and boil-your-eggs-yourself. It’s a drawback for this hotel now to belong to a US-American chain, coz this shows from the moment you check in and have to sign a very long juridical document, you neither understand nor have option to read.

My only complaint was that the parking is not very accessible by vehicle. One must unload at the hotel and then travel quite a distance by vehicle to access the parking garage. The walk back to the hotel is about 4-5 minutes. Then in the morning we walked to the parking garage then drove back about 3 km to reload the vehicle.
