"Housekeeping was a little rough. We had to keep asking for wash clothes. I stayed at this same hotel in August and we had robes, slippers, toothbrushes and there was none of that. I had ask for wash clothes twice and they didn’t do a great at cleaning the room.. completely different experience."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was minimal but the service was lovely and we enjoyed the fresh coffee made to order. This was the perfect location to visit the Tower of London as we had an early reservation and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs around to enjoy. The carpet in our room was a bit dirty and stained but the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Great place if you're looking for somewhere to sleep and not spend much time in the room itself as it is very small."

"Room was a bit strange. TV was mounted facing the windows, there was about 4 feet to sit between the TV and the glass window. Beds to very small, smaller than a twin bed. Hard to turn over without feeling like you were going to fall out of bed. Shower grout had many dark spots, wondered if it was black mold. The staff was pleasant and the location was good. Restaurant food was tasty."

"Friendly and professional staff. Great location. States 5* 'luxury', having stayed in many hotels and properties in London I would rate this nearer to a high 3* / low 4*. Upgraded room, however was an accessibility room which was ok, had a view of nearby Tower Bridge and Tower of London but restricted due to balcony-style wall (6th floor). If I had booked room for that view I would have been disappointed. Generally clean and quiet room, however showing signs of wear and tear in places (dented bins that could do with a clean). New towels in bathroom possibly as left white fluff when used, so could do with a few more washes! No extras in bathroom like shower cap or vanity kits etc, maybe they are available on request, but for a 5* this should be in the room."
