"I know this Hitel when it was The Conrad. Great staff and service. Pool and fitness is not part of the hotel facility. You need to book prior. This was not communicated. Also 35 Euro for the usage. Breakfast staff are very youg and not much experinced. However great selection at Breakfast. Very resasonable price. I love the location and walking distance to everything. Room service is Top. Pictures shown of suites is not the same as you get. JR suites dont have 2 beds but 1 Bed and 1 Sofa Bed. We...

"Great hotel very clean and comfortable. Given free upgrade to suite without even asking . Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast restaurant very clean and friendly staff and good food. Dining restaurant was good food but let down a bit by lack of atmosphere as we were only ones in it the first night - restaurant staff friendly but not in view a lot of time to ask for things having to wait at bar etc Overall very nice hotel "
