"After spending 3 weeks touring New Zealand in a motorhome we dropped it off and headed to the George Hotel. It seemed like heaven,large room,very comfortable bed and we were met by friendly helpful staff. The following day we had to get to the airport but the roads were closed because of the marathon going past the hotel,they offered to help with bags to a place that the taxi could pick us up. "Had a very comfortable and convenient 4 day stay in female 4 bed ensuit room. Everything was great. Only issue I had was the noise coming from closing of doors out of other rooms with bangs and loud noises in the middle of the night other than that I had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend it. "
