"A spacious room and great breakfast"

"The family room is big and the stuff were helpful."

"The room is spaced and clean except we spot a small roach crawling around. Stayed on 52nd floor, the view is excellent. The staffs are very polite and provided excellent services. We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"My only negatives is the AC in my room did nit work to my liking. Took too long for my room to cool down. I booked a room with a washer machine but i got one without one. Other than that this hotel and location is amazing."

"Hotel is excellent but needs a refresh. Very welcoming, we loved thier hospitality but we found a lizard in the room and they were happy to change the room for us. But in general great. "

"Breakfast buffet was great, onsen spa was good and the fitness center staff were all very friendly, thankyou Tom and others including checkin staff. Free tuktuk shuttle service is available at this location and was a blast!!"

"The staff which was so helpful they are truly outstanding. The food has always been just perfect 100% of the time and the position by the river is just unbeatable. There is a wonderful spa and gym part and we had complementary meditation lessons and water gymnastics by the pool. I can’t wait to get back soon."
