"Room was a nice size. The pools were nice. Excellent fitness area fir a hotel. Had a balcony that was actually useable. Only detraction was that we arrived before check in time and couldn't check in before the check in time."

"Hotel is bright, clean and great location. The rooftop and 1970 bar were excellent. The dining options were a bit limited and there was a lack of a vibe in the restaurants but otherwise, once the adjoining mall is finishing making it easier to get to Silom Road, it will be hard to beat as a hotel in Bangkok. "I really liked the convenience of having the river boats that moved quickly and efficiently between the hotel and other sites like the nearby shopping mall. It was super convenient and significantly cut down on travel time."

"Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi."
