"Good place for overnight stay at the river."

"VALA Hua Hin is a beautiful property with friendly staff. Equipped with 1 F&B restaurant, gym and long stretch of pool. It's quiet and we enjoy the drive in & out from Hotel to the city. Car is definitely recommended as the location is a distance away to the city. Extensive buffet breakfast and we love the juice station. Very comfortable bedding but the housekeeping missed out our room on one of the days. Overall, should you are looking for a quiet getaway; VALA Hua Hin is a good choice."

"This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Overall this hotel is very nice and just a hop to the beach (if you can stand the heat). There is a nice small restaurant you can eat at with reasonable prices. Drink prices are just a little on the expensive side. "Booked superior room but asked to be upgraded as it smelled musty & had no opening window. Sea view room much better with balcony. Pool bar was dirty and kids were playing in there when there was a kids pool of their own. Service and staff friendly. Breakfast ok but not a big choice. "
