"Beautifully maintained hotel with great pool area for families. Only short coming was when we called the front desk to request a late check out they said they couldn’t do it. Moments later we logged in to their app to request it via that option. Within moments the AI Bot confirmed they would be happy to accommodate a late check out. Not sure how the app could accommodate us better than the in-person employee working the front desk? It worked out but suggest Delta align their in person...

"Great outdoor heated pool and hot tub area. We didn't get to use the beach as it was too windy and chilly May long weekend. Restaurant was average. We brought our own breakfast and snacks. We found a few coffee places in town that were excellent but would have liked to have a coffee place closer to the hotel. There is coffee in the room though. It's walkabe to Lakeside Cellars."

"This is certainly a gem on Okanagan Lake! Beautiful lake view, large spacious rooms, kitchen has everything you need and the pool and hot tub area was amazing. Located close to everything yet in a quiet removed spot. Beautiful walks along the beach and the adjacent nut farm. Can’t say enough about this property. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We received a text with all the access codes to gate and our room. Very complete directions. Easy access, but not ADA as the description points out. Owners always stopped to say hi if they saw us outside. Very quiet. Short hike up to Munson Mountain, but we used the road access to the park (1/4 mile away), then took the mostly paved trails. Great views of the city and lake. Lots of wineries to explore and wines to taste. We WILL stay here again on our next Penticton trip. Thanks to all who made...

"The staff were great. The room was not cleaned very well and during COVID that did not give us much peace of mind. The hotel needs some updaing, mould around 3dge of bathtub, lots of staining on carpets in main areas. Good location though."
